Remedy Partners is a healthcare organization oriented around bundled-based reimbursement. They create software to aid in the coordination of patient care and build/manage bundled payment networks in an effort to facilitate the transition from fee-for-service to value-based care.

The challenge

Rebrand Remedy Partners to expose its empathetic roots, differentiate it from other health companies, and better tell the story of an organization residing in the middle of a spectrum between human-centric and technologically expert.

The approach

Over the course of about a year, we workshopped everything from values, mission/vision, SWOT, and brand positioning with the executive group as well as interviewed a cross-functional collection of team members to get a sense of where Remedy came from and what it had always aimed to achieve. We took into account where they wanted to go and who they wished to emulate and avoid.

We then spent months in synthesis and iteration, keeping in mind the scale of a brand identity for a nationwide business entrusted with billions of dollars in healthcare spend, but not losing sight of the fact that the mission was about healing and transformation on a very human level.
